Its YG8C tungsten carbide tip provides a tough cutting point, while the fully ground flute helps carry drilled material out of the hole. The #45 carbon steel flute and shank support the carbide tip, and the round shank secures in a compatible drill chuck for use with corded or cordless hammer drills.
