GLUEDEVIL WOOD GLUE is a high quality, fast-drying and non-toxic multi-purpose PVA adhesive which dries to a clear finish. Excellent for both soft woods (e.g. Pine, Meranti) and hard woods (e.g. Oak, Imbuia). Also suitable for bonding processed boards, paper, cloth, cardboard, leather and felt. GLUEDEVIL WOOD GLUE is ideal for both the DIY enthusiast as well as for craft and school projects.

Applications:
- Can be used to bond a variety of woods both natural and reconstituted, it can be used for the production of doors, edgings, furniture, laminations and windows.
- Can be used for laminating on RF and high frequency presses.
- Not recommended for structural applications as it is not a thermosetting product.
- For articles which will be exposed to direct weathering the glue joints need to be protected by suitable coatings.

Directions:
- Stir well before use.
- All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust and grease– less than 14% moisture.
- The product must be used above 7°C otherwise it will not bond.
- Apply both surfaces and assemble within 10minutes.
- Clamp together for up to 1 hour. In cold weather, or if wood is slightly moist, longer clamping times may be needed.
- Remove excess glue with a damp cloth before it dries. Seal after use. Store in a cool dry place.
- Keep out of reach of children.
HANDY HINTS:
- Hard woods should be lightly sanded before applying adhesive.
- If used outdoors, cover joints with paint or varnish once glue has cured.
- Do not use on coated woods, synthetic woods or melamine.
Setting speeds are dependent on such factors as temperature of adhesive, ambient temperature, open time, type of timber, moisture content of timber and clamping pressure.
Pressing and clamping times:
15°C: 80 minutes
25°C: 40 minutes
45°C: 15 minutes
65°C: 8 minutes
85°C: 5 minutes
Clamping pressure:
2 – 5kg/cm²
Coverage:
Approx. 6m²/kg.
Bond strength:
3.5 kN/min
Precautions:
Do not freeze. Once container has been opened reseal for optimum storage life.

Storage and Shelf Life:
GLUEDEVIL WOOD GLUE has a shelf life of 12 months (the expiry date is shown on the packaging), when stored at a temperature between 7°C and 25°C in its original unopened packaging. Store in a cool dry place below 30°C. Keep container tightly sealed to prevent adhesive from drying out.
