Their elongated profile resists rotation, while guide ribs help centre the tenon within the mortise. Specially formed glue pockets and longitudinal grooves assist adhesive distribution and provide channels for excess glue during assembly. With an 8 mm thickness and 100 mm nominal length, this size suits interior joints whose components can accommodate deeper engagement.
