Designed for the DOMINO XL DF 700 joining machine, these ready-made loose tenons bridge matching mortises in adjoining workpieces, providing a practical way to produce mortise-and-tenon joints without machining an integral tenon. Their elongated profile resists rotation, while guide ribs help centre each tenon within the mortise. Specially formed glue pockets and longitudinal grooves assist adhesive distribution and allow excess glue to escape during assembly. The substantial 14 mm thickness and 100 mm nominal length suit interior furniture and joinery components that can accommodate the required mortises. Supplied in a carton of 80, they provide a convenient workshop supply for furniture making, frame construction, shopfitting and repeated assembly work.
